Nicholson Muir collects the information you choose to provide through our private-dining inquiry and wine-request forms, including your name, contact details, wine selections, preferred date and time, party size, event type, and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry or wine request, plan your event, and keep the related business record. Submitting a wine request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend and the website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Reservation, gift-card, map, social-media, and email-signup links lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices.

We do not sell the information submitted through this website. Access is limited to Nicholson Muir personnel and service providers who need it to operate the site or respond to you. Please do not include payment-card or other highly sensitive information in the inquiry form.

We may use privacy-conscious website measurement to understand visits and improve the site. If measurement requiring consent is enabled, the site will provide the appropriate notice and choices before it is used.
